Good times are always had fishing on Grandpa Hymas' boat! We usually take it out for an afternoon on Salmon Dam. Loaded up with lots of sunscreen and snacks, we're good to go for a few hours.
Clark was pretty proud that he reeled in the biggest catch of the day, on his fly pole no less! Usually, they fish catch & release, but Aspen LOVES to eat fish so now we keep a few to grill up for dinner when we get home. She especially loves trout and salmon (which she refers to as "pink fish"). Clark may not have married a fisher-woman (I prefer to relax, read, and bask in the sun on the boat enjoying a cold diet coke on ice and some watermelon, or chips, or cookies, or whatever.. then spring into action with the net when someone lands a fish... that way I still feel involved) but he DEFINITELY got a fisher-daughter. She Loves fishing with her daddy, and she's good at it too!
Bryson spends most his time checking out the fish swimming around in the live well in the boat... and helping Grandpa drive the boat.
Ollie even enjoyed his first outing on the boat.
Aunt Janae... just a few more weeks til baby! That's not slowing down this mama!
