so long, farewell, aufwiedersehn, goodbye...

Well... deep breath... moving day is finally here! it's been quite the last few days getting everything pulled together to close on our new home. Just when we thought we had everything we would find out there was just one (or ten) more things we needed.... but alas, the time has FINALLY come... and tomorrow is moving day. Last week we had movers come and pack up our house and haul everything away. All 4 of us have been living in my parents upstairs bedroom for an indefinate period of time until we received the okay to move in.... only a few days longer than we anticipated, we've just been re-wearing the same 2 outfits for the past 5 days, but taking full advantage of my parent's hot-tub (aspen is so into it!)... and the day is set for tomorrow morning for the movers to haul everything in and even unpack it... how sweet is that?!? So hopefully the next post in a few days will be us all settled in and cozy in our new home! While we are so sad to be leaving all our good friends that we've made, we're looking forward to new adventures and new people to meet. We've been to the new ward twice now and everyone has been super nice and when we stopped by the house today after church one of the neighbors had even snowplowed off our driveway, we think that's a good sign. So how does that saying go... "make new friends, but keep the old... one is silver while the other is gold".
