Our summer vacation this year was spent camping at Redfish Lake in Idaho. We tagged along with the Christensen family on their annual campout... thanks guys! Clark and I came camping here with Clint and Stephanie Christensen probably ten years ago, shortly after we had both gotten married and before we had any kids. We had so much fun on that camping trip and it's funny ten years later to see how much has changed... seven kids between our two families!

Ollie thought all this hanging around at the beach was so much work... he needed lots of cat naps!
Aspen was a little out numbered 6-1 between her brothers and the Christensen boys!
Clark found this hat for Ollie in the Redfish Lodge gift shop. We couldn't decide if he looked more like cousin Eddy, or Elmer Fud? Either way it kept him cute and warm!
We took the kids fishing to the sawtooth fish hatchery. The kids probably caught about 20 fish! We couldn't keep up with how fast they were reeling them in! Aspen got to the point she could, cast and reel all by herself. That's a daddy's girl for ya! She also loves eating the fish as well!
You can't beat this scenery! It was so amazing!
We think we need to make this an annual destination as well... or at least more often than once a decade! Thanks Christensen's for letting us tag along!
