This summer we tried harder to get up into the mountains more often with the kids. It seems like we can be all cooped up in our house with the kids fighting and driving each other crazy and we take them up into the mountains and they become different kids... happy kids! They love running around, exploring, and throwing rocks in the river. These pictures were taken along the temple quarry trail up little cottonwood canyon. This used to be one of our favorite quick and easy mountain bike rides in our life B.C. (before children). Now it's a perfect quick and easy getaway up the mountains with the kids.
