st. patty's day

So I'm a little behind on the updates. We had a fun St. Patty's day weekend a few weeks ago! It was a big weekend for the Rich Hymas family, including a birthday party for MacKenzie and Match Day for Rich. We're super excited for them, but we'll be sad to see them head off to Michigan...brrrr! So for all the celebrations, Grandpa and Grandma Hymas and Aunt Janaecame to town. We love it when that happens! So we had a few extras around on St. Patty's day! This was the first year we have ever had a sneaky leprechaun playing tricks on us around the house! First was our GREEN breakfast! That's right, we had green milk, green waffles, and green eggs.... all that was missing was some green ham! He must have snuck a little milk himself because next we found evidence that he had to borrow our potty. Who knew leprechaun's had green pee? After that he left a mess downstairs after playing dress-ups with all the stuffed animals. The only thing... he dressed them all in underpants. Silly silly. The kids set a trap and tried all day to capture him, but I guess he's got a lot more experience that we do because that sneaky guy got away! He did leave some treats for the kids in the trap so at least it wasn't an entire loss. Better luck next year, I guess!
