Aspen has been SOOO into cooking lately. It doesn't matter what I'm making Aspen runs into the kitchen and asks if she can help. She's a great helper too! She's even learned how to crack eggs.. and she doesn't even get shells in (most of the time). So my good friend at work had this recipe she had to share with me because Aspen could pretty much make it all herself. You can tell how proud she is of it!
So here's the recipe for
.LEMON FLUFF PIE.
(note: this recipe can be altered for any flavor... orange, lime, strawberry etc...)
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 package lemon jello
1 carton lemon yogurt
1 container of cool whip
combine all ingredients and put in crust. refrigerate for 4-6 hours... then dig in!
