Happy Birthday Bryson!

So this little dude turned 3 on Saturday! Three... hard to believe! So we had an action packed day full of fun and celebrating, starting with a yummy breakfast of cinnamon french toast and hot cocoa from Kneaders (of course Bryson didn't eat a thing... typical. Although, french toast is usually one of his favorite foods but I guess on your birthday if you don't want to eat it, you don't have to!)

After breakfast, we headed home to open some presents! He got a big chocolate fish that Aspen picked out herself from Cabela's. He also got the DVD Despicable me (there is sort of a theme here), and finally he got a toy truck and trailer with a 4-wheeler, motorcycle, and dog. (can you guess who would have picked out that gift?!?) He loved it! He's into cars, trucks, and trains... anything he can drive around and hook together.

Later that afternoon we moved on to phase 2 of the partying:

We partied it up at FatCats, bowling with all our cousins and aunts and uncles and grandpa and grandma! It was a little out of control to say the least, but I think everyone had a good time and no one took a bowling ball to the head (although we did have one close call).

Thanks to all who came out to party with us and celebrate Bryson's birthday! We love you all and were so glad to be back in the same state as everyone so you could all celebrate with us!

BTW... the partying didn't end there, later that night we rented out the theatre room at our apartment complex for a private screening of "Despicable ME"... complete with movie popcorn, soda, and individual reclining leather chairs! I think we really sqooze all the partying we could into one day! It was worth it... we LOVE you Bryson!
